1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between users of the Lake55 platform (lake55.vu) and the Lake55 operator. They apply whenever you access the platform via the website, mobile app, or any other channel.

• Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed.
• Multiple accounts cannot be registered from the same household or IP address.
• After registration, you may be required to submit your National ID or passport details for KYC verification.
• Lake55 reserves the right to reject any registration.

3 Account Security

Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. Never share your password or login details with anyone.

• Keep your account password strong and change it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone — lake55 will never ask for your password directly.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use yours is strictly prohibited.
• Lake55 may temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits on Lake55 can be made via mobile banking, e-wallets, and bank transfers. All deposits are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is specified on the platform.
• Only deposit from your own bank account or mobile banking account.
• Depositing through a third party or using another person's account is prohibited.
• Once a deposit is confirmed, funds are typically credited to your wallet instantly.
• If a deposit is delayed for any reason, please contact support with your receipt.

5 Withdrawal Policy

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing any winnings. Lake55 guarantees safe and prompt withdrawals.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. VIP members enjoy even faster processing.
• KYC documentation (National ID) must be submitted before your first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• Maximum withdrawal limits apply on a daily and weekly basis. VIP members are entitled to higher limits.
• In cases of suspicious activity, lake55 may place a hold on withdrawals pending investigation.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Terms

• Every bonus has an expiry date — once expired, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — not all games qualify.
• Once a bonus from an offer has been claimed, the same offer cannot be taken again.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Lake55 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to Sports Betting and casino gaming on Lake55.

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled — except where a cash-out option is available.
• If a game or bet is affected by a technical error, lake55 reserves the right to make the final decision.
• If a match is cancelled, the related bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
• Lake55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where incorrect odds were offered.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Lake55 platform. Violations will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

• Opening multiple accounts or having another person operate your account.
• Depositing funds through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Creating artificial betting patterns to fulfil bonus conditions.
• Any attempt at hacking, spoofing, or breaching the security of the platform.
• Opening an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
• Opening or managing an account on behalf of a minor.
